Ali Bagheri Kani appointed as new head of High Council for Human rights

TEHRAN, Dec. 29 (MNA) – In a decree on Sunday, Iran’s Judiciary Chief Ebrahim Raeisi appointed Ali Bagheri Kani as the new deputy of international affairs of the Judicial System of Iran and secretary of High Council for Human rights.

Bagheri Kani has been appointed as the new deputy of international affairs of the Judicial System of Iran and secretary of the High Council for Human rights replacing Mohammad Javad Larijani.

Ali Bagheri Kani is an Iranian diplomat who was Deputy Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council from 2007 to 2013 and currently serves as an advisor at the council.
